DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor “cross linked” acrylic sheets are a new development in sanitary production, creating a high definition, deep draw acrylic, in meeting with the requirements of the European standard EN263. DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor is a specially developed acrylic, which has a high-quality surface finish, unique thermoforming characteristics enabling deep definition & even wall thickness, excellent clarity & optical properties, exceptional mechanical properties & rigidity, simple to fabricate (cut, bend & polish) whilst enhancing the cosmetic appearance of your bathroom/kitchen or any architectural feature. DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor is a highly defined thermoformable product within the DONCHAMP® Décor Sanitary Ware cast acrylic sheet range. Not only does the easy forming/moulding feature intensify the formability, supplying a high definition, it also creates quicker production cycle times, further increasing productivity, with approx. 15% lower energy consumption and reduced manufacturing defects. As mentioned, DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor allows faster production cycles, due to shorter heating times, at a lower forming temperature. DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor with its cross-linked cell structure, has a harder surface, enabling it to be easy to clean & resistant to a range of household chemicals & cosmetic products.

DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor is well suited for applications such as standard bathtub shapes, as well as more custom designs in the spa’s, due to its excellent easy flow thermoformability, the dimensional stability (with limited reversion/shrinkage levels) & strong chemical resistance against household domestic cleaners. DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor is transportable, lower in weight than glass & approx. eleven times the break resistance of glass. Light surface marks on DONCHAMP® Crystalglas Decor can be polished & marks removed.
